I am based in the heart of Cornwall and have had the joy of making Wedding and other celebratory Cakes for many years.

I am an expert in Handmade Sugar flowers, and can also use Fresh Flowers in my designs as well as Crystal Beadwork should you desire it

My cake recipes are tried and tested, all fruit is marinated in brandies, whisky and rum, and cakes can be mix and match, from a selection of chocolate, lemon, carrot, light fruit along with Madeira, sponge and of course the traditional favourite: Rich Fruit, made to my own unique recipe.

Designs can be from any source or inspiration, be it colour, flowers, a pattern on your dress or even something from the beach or hedgerow.
